Hi! My name is Gustav and I am a visual designer from Sweden.

I live in San Francisco, and have ~10 years experience working as a visual designer, specializing in brand and communication at design consultancy fuseproject and enterprise security start-up Verkada.

I am currently Lead Visual Designer at Verkada.

As a Lead Visual Designer at Verkada, and early hire, I've have taken a large part in shaping the visual identity and user experience principles of Verkada. My work includes brand guidelines, brand colors, and patented user experiences. I am directly responsible for the visual design of hardware products and its packaging.

During my tenure at fuseproject I tackled a diverse range of branding and visual design projects, working with clients like Nestlé, L'Oréal, Coca-Cola, Nivea, Western Digital, ADT, and Samsung. As a part of the Brand Design department, my work included defining brand principles, logotypes, and varying visual design work for countless start-ups and products – often in close collaboration with the Industrial Design and UX Design departments.
